Moscow, Russia has three main airports and nine major train stations. Airports situated about 30 to 40 km from the city centre. They serve a range of destinations. There are a lot of airlines provide cheap flights to and from Moscow, Russia.

Here are the main airlines serving Moscow, Russia. There are also some budget airlines, which offer low cost tickets. The following airlines provide low fare flights to and from Russia: Air Berlin, airBaltic, Sky Express, Germanwings, Flydubai, Norwegian Air Shuttle, and Brussels Airlins.

Moscow’s main International airport is MOSCOW SHEREMETYEVO AIRPORT. Sheremetyevo has three terminals. Sheremetyevo Terminals F (2) and D (3) mainly are international terminals. Sheremetyevo B (1) is mainly for domestic and charter flights. Sheremetyevo airport code is SVO. The airport is located 30km northwest of the city centre. There are several option for getting from Sheremetyevo to Moscow center.
By bus
The 851 bus follows the route Terminal B - Terminal F - Terminal D - Rechnoy Vokzal metro station with stops, ride time is 30-50 min. The 851C bus follows the same route without stops, ride time is about 30 min. Every day from 07.05 am till 09.05 pm. The 817 bus follows the route B and Planernaya metro station, ride time 30-50 min. Every day from 05.45 am till 00.30 am. Fare is 28 rubles when the ticket is sold be the driver.
By fixed-route minibus taxi
The number 48 fixed-route taxi runs between the airport and Rechnoy Vokzal metro station from 06.00 am till 11.00 pm with a ride time of 30-60 min. Fixed route 49 runs to Planernaya metro station from 07.00 am till 10.00 pm with ten-minute intervals. Ride time 30-60 min. Fare is not less than 65 rubles one way.
By Taxi
Moscow taxis are available around the clock in the Arrivals Area at Terminal F and opposite Terminal B. Ride time ranges between 40 min, if there is little traffic, and two hours or even more.
By Express Train
Rapid Aeroexpress trains to Belorussky Railway Station depart every half an hour from the Rail Terminal - a part of Yuzhny terminal complex together with modern Terminals D and E, and Terminal F. Travel duration is 35 min. The price of a one way ticket is 320 rubles for a standard class seat for an adult and 100 rubles for a child; 550 rubles for a business-class seat. Terminals D, E and F are connected with the Rail Terminal by the pedestrian gallery and there are shuttle buses that run to Rail Terminal from Terminals B and C. The Aeroexpress run to the daily schedule, including days off and holidays.

Moscow's second International airport is MOSCOW DOMODEDOVO AIRPORT. The airport code is DME. Domodedovo International airport is located 22 km southeast of Moscow. It is the largest and the most promising Russian airport. It handles the largest amount of domestic and international air cargo in the country. The airport complex is connected with city by a modern speedway. Domodedovo airport operates an additional passenger terminal located in downtown Moscow, in the Paveletsky Railway Station building. The terminal is connected with the airport by a regular railway service - Aeroexpress. Duration is about 45 minutes; train departs every 30 minutes. This route is particularly handy, as you can check-in to your flight at the Paveletsky Vokzal (Paveletsky train station).

VNUKOVO AIRPORT is located about 30km southwest of the city centre. The airport code is VKO. Vnukovo serves the Caucasus destination, Moldova and Kaliningrad. This is another of Moscow’s newest airport. New high-speed trains run between Kievsky Vokzal (Kievsky train station) with duration of 35 minutes. Trains depart every hour between 7am and noon and between 5pm and 8pm. Outside these hours, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) number 45 from Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station or bus number 611. Duration is about 30 minutes. Vnukovo airport also offers fixed price taxi service to/from the city centre or other airport in Moscow.

The little-used Bykovo airport is located about 30km southeast of the city centre. Bykovo airport code is BKA. Trains run every 20 minutes from Kazansky Vokzal (Kazansky train station) to Bykovo Vokzal, which is 400m from the airport
